Items returned that we deemed are damaged, but done unintentionally will be covered by this fee. Some exceptions apply - damage for glue, wax, Ink or item damage for customer negligence will not be covered, all broken or damage items need to be reported by the customer at the time of the return or the customer will be charged full price for replacement, you agree to replace the damaged item at full price. PAYMENT WILL BE DUE IMMEDIATELY. ANY DAMAGE TO RETURN OR PICKUP LINENS, DRAPE, BACKGROUND OR WALL WITH GLUE, TAPE, WAX OR FIRE WILL BE THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER FULL REPLACEMENT PRICE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.
